ESTIMATING AND ADVANCED REPAIR PLANNING

Our team of experienced collision repair estimators are available from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday to handle any questions you have regarding:

  • Your vehicles damage
  • The repair process to correct it back to pre-accident condition
  • The costs required for your repair

We can provide written estimates or a ballpark, depending on how much time you have and what you are looking for.  We also offer a much thorough estimating process called Advance Repair Planning.  Here is a bit of info to help explain the process:

Advance repair planning, also known as ARP, involves a thorough, strategic assessment of vehicle damage before any repairs have begun. This includes disassembling the vehicle, carefully examining all components, and documenting the extent of the damage, including any hidden or previously unseen issues. This process aims to create a complete and accurate repair plan, ensuring that all necessary parts and procedures are accounted for, leading to more accurate estimates, quicker repairs, and a more seamless experience for the customer.

Here’s a more detailed look at the process:

  1. Strategic Disassembly: The vehicle is disassembled to allow for a complete and thorough inspection of all areas, including those that may not be immediately visible.
  2. Comprehensive Assessment: Technicians carefully assess the extent of damage, identifying any hidden or additional damage not initially apparent.
  3. Detailed Documentation: All damage is documented, often with photographs and detailed reports, to ensure a clear and accurate record for the customer and insurance provider.
  4. Insurance Claim Support: The detailed documentation is then used to create a comprehensive estimate, which can be submitted to the insurance company for efficient and accurate processing.
  5. Parts and Labor Planning: Based on the detailed assessment, the shop can determine the specific parts required and the necessary labor, allowing for efficient ordering and scheduling.
  6. Customer Communication: The repair plan, including the estimate and the proposed repairs, is then communicated to the customer as requested, allowing them to make informed decisions.
  7. Road-Safe Vehicle Return: If the vehicle is road-safe, the customer can be given back the keys while the shop works on obtaining approvals and parts, further streamlining the repair process.

This process is done free of charge (to the customer) for all insurance claims and is completed whenever the estimator suspects hidden damage that they are unable to document otherwise.
